Jane Tomlinson's Hull 10k 2010
The Daisy Appeal is looking for people to run, walk or wheel the inaugural Hull 10km. If you would like to join our team all you need to do is download the registration form and return it together with your £22 entry fee.

Once you are registered you will receive confirmation together with some sponsorship forms. All we ask is that you are able to raise as much as possible in sponsorship which will all go towards the Daisy Appeal. Please note that the age restriction is 15.
