Daisy's Running Challenge
Saturday the 27th June 2009 is the provisional date for an attempt at running the Wolds Way in under 24 hours.
This will be a real challenge, so if you are an experienced runner, get involved and raise some funds for a good cause! Support is being arranged by Sean Bennett, including stocked checkpoints, sweeper vans and aid. This is shaping up to be a great but challenging event.

Visit the Daisy Building
On Friday 31st July 2009 the Daisy Research & Teaching Centre, on the Castle Hill Hospital site in Cottingham, will be open to the public from 2 till 6pm. There will be guided tours of the building, but you will have to pre-book in advance.

This year's Classics in the Park is hotting up to be the event of the summer! Once again it's held at Brantingham Park on July 11th this year and features the Syd Lawrence Orchestra Big Band.
