What you can do / Donate / Recycle / Volunteer / Legacy.

We need volunteers to help us make our target and we really appreciate it when people give up their valuable time to help us. We need young and old alike, individuals and groups of friends or work colleagues can all help us.

There are lots of way that you can help – you may wish to use your expertise and help with things that you are good at, or you may wish to try something completely different. Either way, we will give you as much or as little support as you wish!

Some examples of what you can do:

London Marathon runner Shane Page, who raised £1,521. It's easy to get involved and make a difference. If you're thinking about donating or helping, there's a whole host of ideas we've got that are proven fundraisers... but don't let our ideas limit you! Some of the most exciting donations we receive are people who think of new and interesting ways to give that little extra for the appeal.
